I'm 30 years old and have never been able to hold down a job - and I have gone through a lot of job service providers. Ann-Marie was the first case worker to not only get me a job, but a job that was perfect for me. I've now worked for a year, in a job I'm passionate about (something I honestly never thought I'd ever say) and have a drive and desire to keep working - even hoping to work more hours, get a second job if I can!And, since get this job, Ann-Marie has continued to go out of her way for me, helping me with resources and useful information. Can't recommend this provider enough for any fellow neurodivergents, even if you don't have any desire to work and just want to keep Centrelink off your back - these wonderful people may pleasantly surprise you, and you might surprise yourself!

At work Australia Reservoir, i have had Lu go above and beyond for me making me feel my back to work approach positive...not only with help in setting up extra training to help me back into the work force but her words of encouragement and friendly warm approach is beautiful. Smooth sailing and informative. Rozy is amazing and helped me get work in the field I was looking for. A refreshing change after coming from another provider who hadn't informed me of my options and tried forcing me into work paths that didn't work with my disability.

Not great at all . Unfortunately found staffmember Rosie to be on a power trip.most condescending and arrogant- issues with privacy , oversharing other clients situations and a complete lack of empathy. Plus chews and pops chewing gum whilst talking to you - rude.

i have been with the provider for a while and wasn't sure what my exact goals were and lacked motivation but after meeting rosie i instantly got connected and respected her direction toward my employment goal today im happily employed thank you so much rosie you are the best <3
