Staff are friendly and They have great coffee at amazing prices. However their toulets are really disgusting and dirty. Littered with excess toilet paper and the pans are soiled. Really off putting. Sort it out Coles. This is important to have cleanliness everywhere in a business.

Im very disappointed. We only go to this petrol station for our petrol as its right near our house. My partner paid for fuel in cash. And they gave us the wrong change back ( more than we should have gotten) we realised later on and my partner let them know he would come pay them. They reported us to the police stating we had not paid. Which is upsetting and disgusting. When we did all the right things and it was them who gave us the wrong change…….

Lyndell is hands down the single greatest thing to happen to this servo! Customer service is 10/10, even going so far as to shake up my choccy milk for me so I didn’t have to! And she even let me try some of the Pascall Pineapple Lumps she had gotten for herself. If you haven’t tried them, you should. They’re on special now for $3 a bag, I should know because Lyndell’s offered freeby convinced me to buy a bag to spoil myself! Thanks Lyndell for being such a positive addition to my day!

Rude lady at front counter, with bad communication skills, was not helpful at all...it's a shame as it doesn't take much to be polite. A bad name for Coles staff.

Fuel pumps are so slow and broken a lot of the time, my partner was just charged for a fuel pump that didn’t work. The staff member couldn’t care less. 2 other fuel stations within a hundred metres, use them much easier
