This place was great. Something has changed recently, either store is closing down or they are rebranding.Shelves are bare. Can't get basic items like milk or butter etc.At least communicate with customers on what's going on.

Staff are quite rude. They don't acknowledge you when they serve you at the registers and the shelves are allways empty. You can pretty much guarentee when you go there they won't have what you need. Has gone downhill pretty bad since the new owners have taken over .

Since the new owners have taken over, this place has stopped being stocked. Sick of their excuses, been more than 6 months. I'll now drive to Cleveland or Wellington point IGA

Bought a 2kg bag of potatoes from here today. Every single one was bright green when I was peeling it. From my knowledge a little bit of green isn't bad on a potato but they were full green. I would only ever shop here if it's necessary and can't get to a woolies or coles. For how expensive it is, you would expect top quality produce and products.
