I went to get a car service and roadworthy. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The attention to detail was appalling. They made my car worse not better and I had to take my car back to them 3 times for them to fix it and they didn’t even fix it. They pumped my tires up to the wrong PSI with the front tyres being so much higher then the back. It was dangerous. They replaced my battery and tripped the electrical system; wound back the Kms to 90k under what they were supposed to be. Definitely do not go here for any type of car service.

I am very unhappy with my overall experience. I received a car service and roadworthy certificate from your business 22/12/22.The major thing that was extremely disappointing with your service was my car not being completely fixed or roadworthy after you gave it back to me. I find it extremely unprofessional that after I made payment and received the roadworthy certificate, you gave the car back to me when the dash, radio, KM reader was all out of wack and missing the code needing to operate the vehicle. On top of that my car was in fact not roadworthy as the km reader flashed different numbers every other second.The lack of communication was also a major factor that made my experience poor. I was not contacted when things needed to be fixed with my car or even when my car was finished. Never have I had to chase up multiple times to figure out what was happening with my car at other car service companies. Even when I was eventually told my car was finished, 5 minutes later I was called and told things needed to be repaired. When I tried to collect my car after being told it was finished the first time, I was made to wait 30mins while you guys figured out the code. Then I was informed I could take my car and would be contacted that same day and given the code to operate my vehicle. No one bothered to make a call or text to inform me of the code that day or update me on the progress of the situation.On top of that, straight after leaving with my car the final time I checked the psi of each of my tyres. It was shocking to see that the front tyres were at 36 (new tyres I purchased in this service) and the back were at 28. How ridiculous and unsafe. The fact that those psi levels are so different is dangerous to drive in! So many shortcuts were taken with my car and I will never be returning to this store nor will my friends and family. This has been a shocking experience acclimated with many errors, lack of communication and customer care. I wish this experience upon no one else.Another extremely disappointing factor was when picking up my car the second time when it was ‘finished’ the correct km were not displayed, the time was incorrect and radio stations all changed. After popping back into reception to ask this to be corrected (a quick fix I am sure) Wayne unhelpfully told me to manually do this myself, when I pressed about the km needing to be changed back as I did not know how to do this, a mechanic offered to change this for me. The fact that this whole issue was due to the service not being completed properly due to their error, and Wayne couldn’t be bothered to help with the time and radio stations added all the more to the extreme disappointment in my customer experience. It’s the little things, and it would have made all the difference if he or another employee could have helped with those.

I referred my 2 daughters to this business after having my own car serviced. My daughter experienced terrible customer service and after replacing 2 of her Tyers found that they were all at extremely different psi readings. She assumed that the workmanship would have left her car safe to drive.$950 later she discovered her tyre issue after having driven from the workshop to the Sunshine Coast and back. There were further issues…I am so sorry that my referral of this business put my daughter into an unsafe car. All together the 3 of our family spent $1700 at this business. We will never be back.

I thought I have to take my car to some other place however to my surprise they have organised the lock nut and did a fantastic job because of that I was able to drive my car next day. The service was fantastic. I would recommend everyone to Ultra Tune.Thanks

Terrible workmanship here. Vehicle was taken back to them numerous times to fix a clutch replacement. Incompetent. Not only lied too about clutch being replaced again but they could not fix the problem each time. Very poor workmanship. They said they replaced 2 clutch kits and a fly wheel and tried to say parts were faulty!?! Took to another mechanic and fixed first go who could not believe the mess it was in from the previous mechanic. Know of other people who went to Ultra Tune Carindale and didn't think they did a good job either, and wont go back. Gave them the chance to fix it but I had no confidence in their mechanics at all after returning the vehicle to them each time only to have the same problem. Did they even do anything?? Tried to seek compensation, even went to Office Fair Trade but Ultra Tune Carindale still didn't take any ownership of the workmanship and blamed the parts. Beats me how so many parts can be 'faulty'. Untrustworthy. Go elsewhere.
