These guys were woeful to deal with!We requested a quote via their webpage for undercabinet led's in a kitchen and laundry project, then six days later we receive a quote from the Project Manager.Then we receive a quote meant for another customer from their General Manager, and email them to explain, no reply.We then emailed the Project Manager and requested some anendments to the extrusion and lighting dimensions, six days later, no reply.So we ring Superlight and Antoinette answers and we explain what's happening and provide a reference number, guess what? The reference number is for someone elses quote.Finally, we get an amended quote within 24hrs from Antoinette, and no apology for the complete waste of our time.A couple of days later Antoinette follows-up the quote via phone with us, and I began to explain that we will not be buying anything from them because the communication process was appaulling. She then huffs at me on the phone.So how exactly does an online reseller sell with an order management system so flawed?Is this just a random occurence? If so, where's the service recovery?The owner will probably get on here and waffle on about how sorry they are, but they're not, they're just sorry about a negative online review that everyone can see, that's all.Don't waste your time people.

We are stoked to finally have our fit out completed one of the most important features was the LED lighting . Superlight was brilliant in every sense and we are (and have) recommended them to others. Courier deliveries not always the smoothest but if we had ordered everything together this would not have been as much of an issue. Not a fault of Superlight in any way anyway. Matt Shelton.

I recently purchased from Superlight 25 LED recessed, adjustable angle down-lights for my church. It took a little while to establish what I needed and to get an acceptable price, including a documented 5 year replacement guarantee if a light failure occurs. The lights were easy to install, provide great lighting, and are aesthetically pleasing. Superlight have been a great company to deal with, and I am very happily recommend them to other possible users

has the best LED product ranges of any of the modern day suppliers the options are details so I recommend the need to speak with someone over the phone to receive pricing first. My first project order with superlight was in 2011. happy overall. thank you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered a product and were told it would be ready in the required time frame. We were then told there may be a parts shortage and when we tried to get in contact no response until we requested a refund. They then finally replied and told us no refunds for custom orders (it was a product listed on their site and in the brochure). We were promised the product would be delivered a business day late ( our deadline was a Friday and they told us it would be delivered same day the following Monday). As of Tuesday evening still no product delivered and no contact or apologie from the company. For the price we paid for the items and the time we allowed I’m absolutely appalled at the customer service and will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was an error in their calculation and I was supplied with the wrong power supply. That error was corrected quickly and without charge. Very good service and the products work well.We now have a corridor with good even lightning for the paintings and prints hung there.

Zero stars!I purchased over $40k of lighting from Superlight and they definitely haven't lived up to their name!Delivery was weeks late and on arrival the product was incorrect, scratched and touched up with permanent marker. We also returned fittings over a month ago and have made several attempts to contact sales staff regarding these but there has been no response.Very disappointing NOT SO superlight!!!

We first used Superlight in 2014 and have since worked with the team for several hotel refurbishment projects. Our experience has always been excellent and even when we need something unusual or difficult they usually come up with the goods. We don't hesitate to recommend them to other designers seeking a good range of lighting.
