myself and my friend used to detest exercise, but after 4 years my bone mineral density is greater than it's ever recently been and I'm now competent of running 10km at the age of 60! If only i acquired been introduced to Human body Smart years ago.

I have already been going to Body Good for Pilates and a tailored Exercise Program me. They may be a great professional team which may have kept me encouraged and helped me achieve my goals of superior flexibility, strength, fitness and weight loss. My session with Caitlyn the Exercise Physiologist at Live Well Rehab was brilliant. I needed to get back to exercising after a heart event and I found the program developed for me was perfect. She took into consideration everything about my condition, my physical abilities and what I wanted to get out of the program. The truly felt supported the whole time.
