The bistro is only available for private functions now, gaming venue downstairs is open late, staff pleasant, nice coffee late at night.Sadly they have security that are useless, girl sits in on the lounge chairs talking on her mobile the whole time, wouldn't call that very secure especially at 3am in the morning, wouldn't go on my own if that's what's meant to keep the venue safe.

Great setup for function. But the let down was the wait time for being served for drinks. You need more bar staff.

Clean and great atmosphere.Young worker last name stuckey/ Bottomley serves me with the upmost professionalism, always has a smile and small talks. He is fast at meeting my needs and is of great character. Absolute asset to the company and is manager material.Keep up the good work. Always such a pleasure to come to the Ivanhoe hotel.

Nice family atmosphere. Food is what you expect: good and nothing fancy. Serves are reasonable, especially the kids menu (less waste).Small playground for young kids, quite a big space for kids to run around and view on the area.
