I got my bear embroidered I was expecting to wait a while as it’s a custom order but my teddy was with me within 10 days, the team is amazing and they kept me updated along the way

Bought the middle (huge) size bear as a gift for my girlfriend in isolation (she already had the smaller one which is still quite sizeable).She is the happiest in the world and she takes him everywhere she goes. Bear was received in time and no issues at all with delivery. My partner loved her bear, was a great gift idea for long distance relationship. The bear is very soft and cuddly and quality was excellent. The bear also has some meat to it which makes it a great to hug. Highly recommended this as a gift for a loved one. The option to leave a note was a great choice as well. I would recommend having a selection of cards from happy birthday to I love you cards or I miss you cards on sale which would be nice but not complaining the note option worked well. Thanks guys!

I bought the BBL for my granddaughter's birthday. It's absolutely lovely, cuddly and gorgeous. The perfect honey color and it feels like velvet. I'm sure she'll love it. The package was not as nice as the big bear inside.
