With all due respect, if you want to ask me direct personal/intimate questions about my medical condition/s or treatment, please obtain a Medical license that allows to be a GP.I find it awkward and uncomfortable I receive an interrogation to fill any regular, or semi-irregular script. If my GP has prescribed it, they have a reason to. That's all you need to know. All you should ask is if I take any other medications so you can assess any potential interactions and recommend solutions.Asking basic questions for over-the-counter things is fine, but don't tell me how to manage my asthma when my DOCTOR and my SPECIALIST have tailored a plan for me. I don't need to justify my asthma treatment to you.I really don't think customers need to disclose their medical history to strangers or in front of strangers. You need to trust Dr's choices without interrogating your customers. It makes me want to avoid giving you business and to be honest, I often go elsewhere unless I absolutely have to come to your establishment. After dealing with this for almost 5 years, I'm over it.

The pharmacist is SO RUDE! I understand he had a duty of care to ask people questions before handing them an over the counter medication.... but the way he spoke to me was so so rude!!!!Looking at the other reviews it seems like others have experienced the same!! This is not acceptable and priceline should do something about this!!!Although i kept my calm throughout the 10 minute interrogation that went on and on and on .... it made me very upset!!!! Never going back!!!!

I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. The team of staff from the Manager, pharmacists and sales assists are the most pleasurable people to encounter. The shop is always clean, tidy and well organised. I am assisted every time and walked throughout the floor until check out. I would only like to see an improvement on the waiting times for scripts waiting to be dispensed. But this store should win an award for being so amazing.

Waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged in any way before leaving empty handed. I'd rather pay more and drive further just for the privilege of being served. I dealt with my mild asthma on the drive to another chemist a few kilometres away. They're not even trying to pretend that they care at this stage.Comically bad.

Dealing with the pharmacist was an excruciating experiencePreviously I've had exceptional service with the other pharmacist, it's why I go back. But my first time with this woman and not only was I subjected to her berating and belittling the gentleman in front of me in line, I myself received a barrage of aggressive and invasive questioning. This woman has absolutely no place in customer service. I've never felt so completely disregarded as a human.

Pharmacist demanded a prescription for a non-prescription medication (schedule 3 - pharmacist only) which goes again TGA prescribing guidelines. Pharmacist then proceeded to tell me that he “makes his own rule” around the medication. Very strange behaviour which caused unnecessary suffering due to not being able to treat my issue. I will be reporting this to the Pharmacy Guild and TGA.

Have been here a few times now and every time the staff have been very friendly and helpful. This pharmacy also does vaccinations, call first to check avaliblity and book a time in with the pharmacist to get it doneHad the Whooping cough vaccination done here (Boostrix) which was administered by pharmacist Yiu Leung. Yiu took the time to explain what was in the vaccination, what it protected against and possible side effects. I felt more informed than most of the times I have gotten a vaccination at a doctors office!Would definitely recommend this pharmacy for it's price, friendliness and availability of products.

Staff in this store think that everyone is a thief. I had two staff hovering at my back when I was looking for a certain baby product. One staff was looked Indian, the other Philippine and both female. When I finally picked the product they were both staring at me. I almost confronted them to ask what's the problem but thank God I kept my cool. And they don't even greet you. I am going there today intentionally not because I need anything but I'll just buy toothpaste coz I'm kind of ready for them today

The rudest Priceline. I went there to rearrange my booking for my flu vaccine as I won’t be able to make it on the booked time. I asked the girl at the prescriptions politely and respectfully with “please” and everything if I could rearrange the appointment. Her tones were so rude with these grumpiness impression no smile and she just asked for my name and just handed me the paper to fill out my details and sign without saying anything. As I signed the consent form and handed her back the form, I asked when the next available time I can book in. She just replied “oh we can do it now just take this and pay over there”. Did she not hear what I said to her. I didn’t want to drag it out so I just do it anyway. The lady that were giving me the vaccine was so friendly, kind, polite with a smile and everything. Just the small girl I had my first encounter with at the prescription needs to communicate with customers better and fix her tones and impressions at least clarify with your customers.
