Honestly the worst, choppiest haircut that I've ever had. Can't believe I paid $45 to be ugly until it grows out again. Do use the male hairdresser

Don't go to this place!! Went there at 9am on a Tuesday.. place is closed! So i decided to wait inside the hurstville mall. From 9:10am I called them every 10mins and no one answers. So i just went home at 9:40! I don't know if they're just lazy or just plain unprofessional!?! But I will never go back to this place again!

I have been getting haircuts from this place for many years now. Friendly family run business with great customer service.The price is actually cheap considering they shampoo your hair before the cut.

My go to hair salon in Hurstville. Its a small family hair salon and I always ask for the lady called Michelle. Never tried their colouring/ straightening but definitely good value for a haircut. Owners are very nice and give honest comments.

This salon was the worst i've been to. I came in to have ash brown hair but they dyed my hair to be a full yellow blonde colour. They bleached my whole head twice as well. DO NOT COME HERE especially if you want your hair to be dyed/coloured. It costed me >$300 and didn't even give me my desired result. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!NOT TO MENTION the way the lady owner of this salon cannot comb hair. I have long hair and quite a few knots in my hair and she would start from the top of my hair and try comb all the way down!!!! My head hurts like hell from all the tugging.

The owners are nice and they did a great job with a reasonable price. I always go there with my kids. Better make appointment as they only have 1 to 2 stylists there.

I have been a customer of Michelle Hair Story for about 5 years. I have always been very happy with my hair cut. In addition the staff are very polite.The owner John in particular is a very good hairdresser.

This place has the most reasonable price when it comes to hair straightening, at least out of all the other hair salons I've went to before to get my hair straightened, chemically. The people who work there are also friendly and provide great service! They care about the quality and the outcome, and make sure you walk out satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Very bad service et rude to staff. Not nice at all. I don' t care to return. Even when I was flexible with the hours.. Everything is very bad not recommended. Very bad staff not admit to fault blame customers. Never again. Very bad
