I had an extremely positive experience at Fantastic Framers today. I was n the midst of rearranging family photos on our portraits wall when they realised one of the hanging clips was missing. I drove to Fantastic framers hoping for a solution and to my surprise, Woody who came out to help me found a solution and resolved the hanging issue for me. He was polite and very professional. Thank you Woody and thank you to your manager for doing my job free.

This was such an easy and pleasant experience! I emailed to get a quote and received a response same day, then booked in for someone to come and collect my artwork the following week. The person who came was lovely and helpful with selecting my frame. He dropped it back to me a week later and I love it!
