I am so happy to write this testimonial recommending the services of Matt's PC Help. While I've been using computers in various capacities over the years, I've also known that there's an awful lot more that I could know that would be of benefit to me - if only I knew where to start!I contacted Matt and organised an appointment - he came to see me the same day - and on a Saturday! Talk about prompt service....Matthew could see how nervous I was - I even had trouble explaining just what it was that I was trying to master. He very quickly settled me down. I had Matt come and help me with the Internet as it’s so slow, Matt troubleshoot everything then contacted the supplier who’s now fixing our issues, when we contacted all they wanted us to do was upgrade. Matthew is a polite, competent and thorough technician. We had issues with our internet speed and wanted a move to NBN from ADSL. Matthew checked speed on all our devices, explained options, called Telstra for us and we are having a Telstra technician coming to check connection lines within the next few days. We contacted Matt because we had an issue with our computer. He arrived very promptly and it did not take him long to determine what the problem was. He ordered the part and installed it as soon as it arrived. Our computer is now working perfectly. I would not hesitate in recommending Matt to anyone who needs help with their computer.
