Centurion Garage Doors

By far the worse garage door I’ve ever dealt with. Had the garage door for 7 years replace about 6 plastic hinges that snaps. Screws just come loose causing garage door to fail. Service on regular base. Remote plays up randomly. Belt fail after 5 years. Poor custom service as well. Business hours 8:30-5 have came at 4pm to buy parts to replace hinges got told to come back at 8:30 as we don’t have people that can help you at this time. What’s the point of putting your hours as 5. Now to top it up the tension spring has snapped after 7 years.Very disappointing service and quality.Pay a little extra and get something better.Poor man pays twice!

Running a garage door business as a Centurion dealership for the past three years I am very great full to be dealing with a company like Centurion. They provide great doors for a very reasonable price and are always happy to help us with support when required.Love the new range of Timber look doors that come in some really nice Colours and are priced better than ever.

If I could give 0 stars to Centurion Garage Doors I would. Terrible customer service. Requested for a service as garage is no longer working. Since then, they have cancelled the given date three times and give unrealistic dates for this to be fixed. I recommend you go to a different company as you will only be disappointed with Centurion.

Same day service, the spring of our garage snap and it was repair same day. 4 stars for quick response. Make sure you can email them the photos what need to be fix though.

Terrible service, cheap and nasty product, door is unbearably loud with the slightest wind when closed due to poor design/cost cutting corner cutting, quite aware of their mistakes and causes of excessive noise. Only seem to want to throw the out of warranty routine at me even though it's (by their own admittance) a manufacturing flaw.Are petty enough to ignore emails and phone calls. No doubt riding the cash cow of a building boom. Stay away.

I booked a service 3 weeks ago for Monday 27/2. I waited all morning I tried to call on hold for over an hour, eventually I found an email address and emailed to query where the technician was to then be told we were never booked in. I checked my call history and confirmed I had contacted centurion doors. Then again rebooked for Friday 3/3, received a text to say the technician would be out at 7am. At 7 am a text come through detailing why the technician was no longer attending, disappointing! We have now cancelled and decided to use a different company after such unreliability from this company.

Had problem after manual opening accidentally by SUV boot catching cord. Could not reset. Technician came out and as Insulation added to door he tightened springs. After he left could only open manually with difficulty. In end door didn’t close fully and bottom no longer horizontal. Contacted Centurion and senior technician reviewed my issues and came out next day and got door operational again. He recommended replacement stronger spring which were installed a week later. Fantastic work, cannot thank Jamie enough for identifying problem and rapid response!

Worst customer service... I booked an appointment more than a week ago for getting my Garage door serviced. I called twice in between to confirm what time frame I would be looking at so I can schedule my time off from work accordingly. They kept mentioning that I can only know the time a day before the appointment. Finally I got a text message a day before with a 1hr window and no room to change. I requested if can they come at 11.30 am instead of 11am, but they would not agree... So much for waiting for 2 weeks to see such a response that they cannot extend their time by half an hour or I have to wait another week to get another appointment. What kind of customer service is this. Not everyone is sitting at home all day waiting for your technician. Taking the market for granted perhaps. Got it done by another company which gave me the timeframe 4 days ahead and made my life easy to organise my work accodingly. I hope if everyone stops buying products and services from Centurion probably then they will come back to basics of customer service.

Door attachment has completely fallen out of the ceiling and not only will centurion not cover the cost of this faulty workmanship, they also won’t come out for over two weeks, leaving the car stuck inside the garage. Terrible product and service

Terrible garage door only lived in my house for 6 months and it’s already broken twice, as well as the worst garage remote probably on the market only works if your holding it a meter from the door.
