Arrived on time a cheerful team that quickly set up and explained how they would be addressing the job. The team were attentive to all our requirements. Thoroughly vacuumed and steam cleaned of our carpets, lounge and two kids mattresses with stain removal and deodorising. They left the place hygienically clean and sparkling. Richard and the team is truly the best carpet cleaners I have ever met! His work is of the highest quality, he is extremely conscientious and helpful, and he puts more than 100% effort and pride into his work. We had our carpets around the house completely wet from the heavy rain we had recently a sever water damage that needed immediate attention. The team arrived on the day extracted all the water, put special ani microbial treatment to kill all the bacteria and set up equipment to dry the carpet and underlay. The rugs and carpets around the house came up looking brand new again. The team members were so respectful and professional as well as very helpful and accommodating. They steam cleaned the carpets better than I have ever had before and removed all urine smell and stains that we had on the carpet and rugs. Outstanding carpet and upholstery cleaning. I asked Steam Star Carpet, Upholstery & Tile Cleaning to come to my place in pymble and deep clean my couches, mattresses and 4 area rugs. Their services were amazing! They deep steam cleaned our furniture and I was honestly surprised when I saw the outcome. they left my furniture looking brand new and extanded the life of the furniture. Richard cleaned our rugs, sofa, and carpets around the house and did an amazing job on all! We were so happy with the results, all came up like new. Richard and his team were lovely to work with - great communication, explained the process really clearly and were punctual. Very happy customer. Steam star carpet cleaning helped us dry quickly our carpet that got soaking wet from a tap that was left on overnight. The team extracted the water and set up drying equipment to rapidly dry the carpet. Thank you for accommodating us on such short notice
