We had a problem with our new Tempura mattresses. Whilst the manufacturer declined to help the store replaced the mattresses to their full value. Service above and beyond done with courtesy and consideration. This was a stand out from our usual experiences with service in Darwin. A big thank you.

Arrogant manager, I believe marivel is her name. And the price compared to Bed r us and Harvey Norman is 3 times more for the same branded product. I ended up buying from Harvey.

Rude and arrogant store manager. Store staff were clueless and not helpful at all. All round bad experience and will never being going back. Harvey Norman were 10x better

Smaller than some other FortyWinks stores. But this is Darwin. Staff keen and eager to please. Purchased a King mattress in their srocktake sale only to see their any mattress for the price of a single sale start the very next day. Never pay full price!

Multiple amazing staff bent over backwards to help me. Got an awesome discount on multiple items. Plus good follow through with staff looking into ordering in an item specially for me. Very friendly, upbeat and polite staff.A small problem with one slat not fitting was quickly rectified in-house, only required a quick trip into the shop to resolve. Plus my new furniture is stunning!

Very Good Customer Service. Found The Right Bed For My Boy. Paid For Ensemble Bed and Delivery. Received Bed Next Day. Delivery Drivers Were Excellent. My Boy Is Happy With His New Bed. The Ensemble Bed Is Solid and Well Made. The Material Under The Bed Base Is Durable, Not Like The Flimsy Materials That Other Stores Have That Can Rip Easily.

Just bought my first electric king size bed! Absolutely love it! The manager threw in a mattress and pillow protectors as well as a fitted sheet. Great range of side tables and kids beds...will be back!

Purchasing a Tempur Pollow. Be cautious as it has given me headaches. You cannot try before you buy and Forty Winks advise me to contact Tempur and Tempur told me to contact Forty Winks. If it cost me $50 I would put it in the bin really not sure what to do with it now. Purchase wisely.
