About the Crossover Wooden Bridge Restoration Project - Rokeby and Crossover Friends Group | This old timber bridge at Crossover was reportedly constructed in 1892 as part of the Warragul to Noojee rail link. RCFG is advocating for the bridge to be restored.

I love the old Gippsland rail trails. Lovely shady places to go for a nice long walk.

Nice quiet lovely bit of bush for walking with kids in the bush. Say an hour's amble from the car park to the top of the bridge and back again. Great for a quick native forest fix :). No facilities; don't expect civilization that's not what it's there for. Hundreds of butterflies though!

Ok walk, but better view of the bridge from above rather than walking all the way down to view from below. Not much to see along the track as you're surrounded by trees everywhere however there are some fantastic birds to see along the way and the track itself looks antique

Definitely worth a look. You can get to both sides (via road) and down below (via 10 min footpath walk)

One side of the bridge is better to photograph than the other. A short walk will get you to the ground level, but not much to see there as its overgrown a little.

Interesting and very high trestle bridge hidden amongst the over growth. The bridge is almost lost due to deterioration, but you can still get a great view of it from above and below.

A forgettable 4km walk that had a disappointing view of a dilapidated structure from 200m away. There's no loop so you'd have to back track the 4km to get back to the carpark. There are plenty of better ways to spend the 2 hours.

Great little spot for a hike and able to view some Australian history. Very kids friendly and nice place to take a picnic. Will visit again.

Nice spot to stop and have look. It’s a pity it’s in disrepair, though from the information board there, people are trying to fix it which is good.Also if your into Geocaching there is one here. If not it’s a good way to find local points of interest.

Great track, walk or ride. Well-kept walking track. Lots of tracks off from the main track. Parking nearby to the entrance
