We didn’t have any experience with selling a house as this was the first home we had sold. We were wary of dealing with Estate Agents and who to trust. Brian was with us every step of the way. He recruited 3 local agents for us to select from and attended the meetings. When we chose an Agent he advised us on what marketing to do and what to say no to so we could keep the cost down and did all the negotiations for us at the time of sale. He supported us 100% through all the stress that can be associated with selling your house. We highly recommend both him and Andrew as Advocates if you are selling or buying.
