The shop is extremely cluttered and untidy. Stock/pallets/trolleys randomly throughout the store. There were a few isles I couldn't even go down because pallets were in the way. I was able to get a few things I needed but the shop needs a massive tidy up.

The staff were great!!Very helpful. However, I left without spending one cent. I was looking for a product called wet wall Panels". Out of stock except for white. I then asked for a brochure. Out of stock. The helpful staff directed me to the website to be fair (which i I had already looked uo) however I wanted to see the product in real life. Buy tge priduct thereafter. I then asked for another product called Aligloss. They did have this in stock but only small sheets not full sheets. This was not a solution for my bathroom. First world problems though with wars and floods. I am sure soon supply levels will return."

The worst Bunnings in Australia, but still a Bunnings.Prices: often twice price of Home hardware.Service: Have often waited whislt 4-6 staff chatted amongst them selves. Often. Very unusual for a Bunnings.Range: often out of stock, often inventory will say 3+ items in stock but there's none to be found (theft is commensurate with the poor service). Smaller Bunnings like Inverell, etc have better stock (and service).

Plenty of parking, lots of room inside, but my problem with this place is that so many items are constantly marked Out of Stock". It's useless when they don't have what you want in stock."
