Incredible place to visit. We were blown away by all aspects. I became emotional admiring the kangaroos from a far. Thank you to the community for allowing us into such a beautiful space. Forever grateful!

Lovely place for a walk. It's fun to explore the leftover race course infrastructure. As well as being able to see the local wildlife.

Love going there, one of my favourite activities ride from Merimbula on bike path, then ride down to the wetlands, then go to Oaklands Cafe, or others nearby!

Nice large area to walk or ride around. Could do with a major revegitation effort. Plenty of kangaroos and native birds and good old racetrack which is good for cycling.

Panboola Wetlands
We stayed in a motel next to this wetlands area and enjoyed walks there daily. The volunteers have done a fantastic job and I would recommend it to everyone. Ducks, black swans, kangaroos, wildflowers plus the walk around the old racecourse.
