The Unblockers

We had called another company the week before who thought they had unblocked our down pipes with pressure jets. Then it rained again a week later and water was threatening to get into the house as pipes were still blocked. We decided to use the Unblockers this time, and I wish I had found them earlier. Darren came to the rescue, it was pouring down. He found the cause of the blockage, after some digging, found a solution to fix the blockage. Compared to the other company, Darren was so efficient, and experienced. Under 1.5 hours it was all done, and reasonably priced for an emergency job on a weekend.

Had my child flush a toy down the toilet which blocked up the pipes. Had the basin and shower overflowing which wasn’t very enjoyable. These guys fixed the problem and were friendly and professional the entire time, would definitely recommended their services!

Our toilets were totally blocked up called Darren and he said he would be there around lunchtime. He texted us 30 minutes before to say he was on his way.Using his hi tech gear he had everything sorted in quick time.I would highly recommend him to anyone.Thanks again Darren

Whilst the guys did a good job. I would request a quote on the equipment they use for the job which is quite excessive . Make sure the job is finished as we requested them to come back as the drain was still blocked and was charged excessively again for the equipment used to clear the drain the 2 nd time for an hour, which we questioned.Thanks Phillip

5 stars isn’t enough for what ended up being a nightmare of a job. Our kitchen sink was blocked and backing up. I called Darren and he was at my place within the hour. What would have been a simple drain unblocking ended up as a 4 hour trial and error against a nightmare plumbing system that was a maze of frustration for the cameras and equipment.We ended up discovering a blockage in the septic that I didn’t know about during the course of the day while investigating this kitchen blockage which was fixed quickly.Darren did a fantastic job and eventually dislodged the 30 years of fat buildup in the pipe. He explained to me what was the likely cause of the issue, what I can do to make sure the problem doesn’t reoccur and gave me tips on maintains my septic better and adjusted the grey water pump to a better position (this is the first time I’ve owned septic).It was borderline going to become a bigger disaster of a job but Darren got it sorted.Definitely give these guys a call for a blockage, especially if you’re unsure of what you should/ shouldn’t do. Will be getting them out for regular cleaning of my system to make sure this problem doesn’t happen again.

For such an unpleasant task Darren did a thoroughly stellar job! We'd been living with an awful smell in our new house for months, and other plumbers hadn't been game to take on the job. Darren and his team came round a day after we called and had the job 100% fixed in 2 hours flat. What a thoroughly excellent and capable team! They identified the cause and talked us through the issues, and how they planned to fix the problem. Wish we'd found them sooner!! highly recommend!

Highly recommend this business had all our outdoor stormwater drains looked at. Fantastic staff and great knowledge. If your having issues give them a call plus they are 24 hours so in an emergency even better.

Great job guys. Darren and Andy were prompt, professional and new what they were about. Was super handy they had the camera with them and located another blockage not far down the line that would’ve been another big problem in the not to distant future. All sorted and my family and I can rest easy with no more drainage problems.
