A Grade Caravan Repairs

We needed a handrail fitted to the outside of the caravan to assist with using the steps. I purchased the Handrail and asked the team at A Grade Caravan Repairs to install it.Whilst the van was in the workshop I asked the guys to change the 120 amp hr AGM batteries to 120 amp hr Lithium batteries and fit a DCDC charger.They did a great job, the price was fair and all works were complete in one day.I would recommend A Grade Caravan Repairs after this experience.

After waiting 7 weeks to book in, my van seemed like an inconvenience. Asked multiple times if they could test my 3 way fridge, as I suspected it might be faulty. I clearly communicated all I wanted to know was if it was faulty, not for them to fix it. This request was ignored and when i asked about it their final response was no idea". I took the van home and discovered in 30 seconds fault was dirty anderson plug connection. Final icing on the cake was to have it returned with wires and joins exposed

Really disappointed. Repaired our off-road caravan which had side damage. Despite the damage all electrics were working as usual. When the van was finally picked up and taken on our first holiday out of Covid nothing seemed to work ! The fridge, freezer, solar, radio. When contacted an A1 representative questioned our integrity by suggesting it could have been like that already and we would have to pay for them to look at it after Christmas.Our van is pictured in their gallery with its side panel removed and all it’s cables exposed .

I just had an annual service completed on my Supreme caravan, with some extra work at the last minute. Very happy with the professionalism and service I received. So helpful on the phone beforehand, then when I arrived for the service I mentioned a couple of things that I was having trouble with the van and they were happy to have a look. They ended up rectifying the problem with my awning for a very reasonable fee! Will be back again!

For what it's worth, I'm a 66 semiretired businessman that expected the very best from people that worked with or for me.It was from the astute manner, time, care, and accurate information that Michael was able to offer my nieve knowledge of caravans that impressed me enough to consider his services during a difficult period within commercial enterprises during the 2020-2021period.As it turns out, I didn't need his initial service, but 10 days later however, his business acumen convinced a new perspective seller" to bring his unit from Frankston to Campbellfield for a "fully comprehensive" inspection

Had my Jayco Expander serviced by the team at A Grade, very fair pricing and great follow up! Even gave us some pointers on improvements with our caravanning. Will be back for a Lithium set up next service if I can convince the hubby!Thank you

They were able to inspect some small damage for us quickly and were honest with their appraisal on whether we could continue the trip (we could) with some quick fastening. Would definitely feel comfortable leaving it in their hands for repairs. Very helpful.

Michael and the team went over and above to service and repair our caravan to get us back on the road quickly. They were very thorough and did an amazing job. We had nothing but an amazing experience with Crusader when purchasing and for servicing. Couldn't speak highly enough about them.
