Neat, well stocked up, easy to shop. There are additional check out lanes being converted from the cashier manned lanes into self service kiosk which is super easy to use. It is always nice gesture of Woolworths to provide wet tissue at the entrance and every self service kiosk.

Huge and wide isles, reasonably well stocked. Occasionally find shoppers leave items not needed on the nearest shelves. Avoid school starting or finishing times because traffic can be heavy and grid locked.

Walked in today to simply get a can of monster, after paying and walking out of self serve I was stopped by the self serve helper at 11:30AM and was told if I have finished up and told me to provide a receipt even after overseeing the situation, I told him I did not wish to print a receipt and basically made me point out the machine I used and went back through the logs to print one out. As a Woolworths worker once and a proud shopper for 10 years at this particular location I never felt more embarrassed.

This Woolies needs a major overhaul. It is my local store, and I wish the manager would push for an upgrade. The large trolleys are all broken and have no sections. In the past 12 months, this store has so many shelves empty, have removed lots of items that I was previously able to purchase and generally needs a good clean. The only bonus is the amazing long term staff, who know their regulars and will always go out of their way to help you. Because of the way the store has become, I have been shopping at Coles more.

i have amazing experience in my life early morning whenever i needed bbq chicken the lady works there early morning she is amazing very helpful very caring she is too good .THANK YOU

Unable to maintain normal stock levels especially when things are on sale. They allow takeaway businesses to buy entire lots of V's and Redbull's when they're on sale, leaving none for regular customers. Garbage on the floor especially near the entryway. Unhygienic. 99.9% of cash registers sit empty forcing you to self check out.
