I'm very disappointed about my appointment that I made for today I had an appointment at 3:45 and told the receptionist that I'll be about 10 minutes late because I was coming from Rosewood however they said that that was ok and they will save my spot for me it took me about 1 hour to get there it was about 3:55 I got there I cancelled my appointment on me after travelling about an hour to get there the receptionist was really rude did not know how to do customer service I would definitely not recommend this place

I’ve been going to this clinic for about 18 months now and love it. The clinic is in a great location with easy parking. They have modern equipment and the clinic is impeccably clean. I’m very happy seeing Kayla for laser hair removal and some skin treatments. She is very knowledgeable and efficient as well as being approachable and friendly. The treatments are well priced and effective.

Bought a treatment during one of their promos and booked an appointment.Met the owner (I’m sorry, I forgot your name!) and had a consultation.When I told her my issue, she immediately knew what needed to be done as she had a family member with similar skin tone and issues like mine.Such a relief to hear. We did a peel and I am now seeing results, 10 days later!This lady knows her stuff, plus she’s got heaps of experience in the industry so I’m putting trust in her.THANK YOU for being a gem! I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I get my laser done by Kayla, who is absolutely amazing. She’s so kind when it starts to hurt too much, super accommodating and lovely. I was super insecure about being so naked during the treatments but she is very professional and makes you feel totally comfortable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. It would take me too long if I wrote in detail about my experience. I will just say that I am completely shocked that Mandy is the manager as she has given me mis-information multiple times, has given me a terrible hair laser treatment, is obviously very unorganised and has no people skills (which I think is important when dealing with people in a vulnerable state).
