Unbelievable how unprofessional this practice is. Lucky to find a Doctor actually working at the moment and they started doing covid vaccinations then just stopped and left patients finding another practice for 2nd ones. The only good thing is the lovely nurse.

We have been going here with our family of 5 for 3.5 years now and are wonderfully happy with the care we receive. Dr Chris is an amazing Dr who always takes the time to listen to all our issues with care and respect. We have never had to wait more then a few days for an appointment and generally if the kids are sick enough to need antibiotics we get a same day appointment. All the reception staff are lovely as well.

This place is running a scam! I just moved to the area and need a new doctor. I made an appointment over the phone and when I went in the lade behind the desk took my Medicare number then told me I could see a Doctor" but he's not aloud to fill out any scripts. Then I go into see the "doctor" who I wanted to talk to about my anxiety and the only English words he seem to know were "sorry" and "no training" !!!I have reported to a current affairs."

My roomates and I went in for a remedial massage. Absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience. They take time to get to know your aches and pains. Would recommend 100%

Only positive experience is you can easily get an appointment with this Dr. Bill as generally everyone avoids seeing him. My wife has had a wrist injury, on second visit did an ultra sound and xray (only upon insisting after the pain don't go away after 5 days). Results is very clear stating that MRI and Orthopedic specialist recommended for further investigation but this doctor states that nothing is wrong. Not sure if he ever reads the report at all or even understands what is written inside. If you want to avoid disability or even want to live longer don't see this doctor. He should be stripped of his license to practice, not even fit to be a Vet. We are contemplating on lodging an official complaint with APHRA.

The receptionist was lovely and fit us in with an appointment for my son. The Asian doctor we saw, I don't remember his name, spoke very poor English which my son couldn't understand, so when asked to lie on the bed he didn't immediately go, at which point the doctor grabbed him by the arm to pull him onto the bed. I do not recommend this particular doctor as he is rude and has no skills in working with children. As far as I remember the other doctor here is fine but be wary of bringing children, especially special needs kids here. I will not return as there are places with patient and kind doctors who work with my child's anxiety rather than cause it. No doctor should grab a child like that.

I was sceptical after reading some of the reviews but I needed to see a Dr quickly and it was the only appointment I could get locally. Dr Bill Zhao was professional, courteous and thorough.

8.15 appointment, doctor arrives at 8.45. This has happened twice. Misdiagnosed. Very rude man. I would never recommend this doctor.

Was so happy with the treatment I received from the doctors and receptionist after having the worst possible experience at another doctor’s surgery just days beforehand. The doctor was super professional and thorough and actually cared about his patients. After having been seen in a storage closet with the door wide open and now patient doctor confidentiality being respected a few days beforehand having a doctor see me respectfully in a proper exam room with the door shut and full respect for me was just super refreshing
