Abysmal service and quality of work. I hate confrontation and being negative, but I feel obligated to leave this for anyone thinking of going here.I made an appointment for a trim and shampoo. Maybe it's because I'm foreign, but I expect not to be stared at instead of greeted when I walk through the door. That was the first mistake.After I'd been seated, I noticed the lady who was supposed to be helping me grab a synthetic bristle brush. I have naturally curly and quite frizzy hair, and anyone who's done their homework about curly hair care knows that will damage my hair, and since I was trying to recover my already damaged hair, I pointed out that I don't use those brushes since it causes frizz. I use a comb. The lady told me that It's fine

I have been looking for a great haidresser for a couple of years now!! I go to sorrento for a 4 day break and I thought i would try out Studio 9. In Rosebud!Tyler cut, coloured and i had foils and she did exactly what I wanted!!I am from Melbourne and i am travelling back next weekend to Rosebud for the same with Tyler.Very, every happy with this salonCheers

Went in not really knowing what i wanted and the staff helped me walk out with a good cut. Clean store, good environment.

It was very welcoming and nice to be, although there are a few inconveniences, for example, the hair looks great, but the underneath isn't as good. That's okay, my hair turned out amazing and I was happy. Now about the nails, they chipped within the very first day and they didn't have much to offer. The staff were all amazing, I had Mel cor my hairdresser and she was the loveliest person to have as a hairdresser, she was nice, and was able to chat. Overall it was good, but not exactly great. Thank you:)
