Roseville Dance Academy

I’ve been dancing at LCDA/RDA for over 10years. As a child I was always entertained and made lots of life time friends. The teachers are incredible and are experts in their fields. Me and both my sisters have danced here, going back to the early 2000’s. I started ballet when I was 3 in the tiny tots and i haven’t left since, the ballet is very professional and inclusive to anyone, I always felt welcome and accepted in my classes. I truly enjoy dancing here so much and the teachers are so lovely and friendly. My family loves this dance academy and I’ve truly learnt so many social skills and confidence through my dance classes and teachers!! I can only recommend others to join and for kids to have lots of fun and make plenty of friends like me, whilst also learning the art of dance :)

I’ve been to a few dance schools growing up, but Roseville/lane cove have by far been the best! I started here at the beginning of high school and have continued for 8 years doing jazz, contemporary, ballet and eisteddfod groups (lane cove). The teachers are all so encouraging, talented and creative in their different styles and I’ve made amazing friends over the years! I hadn’t done cecchetti ballet before I started but the teachers were very patient and taught the syllabus with great support while still being very professional and focusing on correct technique. I’d recommend anyone of any age to join at rda as it gave me so much confidence and provided me with a fun, safe and creative outlet outside of school/uni. Dance not only teaches you about the art form itself but also about yourself and many important skills that you carry throughout life, and RDA is an amazing environment to learn and develop these skills.

I am very proud to be an RDA student of over 15 years, the environment is very positive and teachers are incredibly supportive. Ballet at RDA has a focus on inclusivity, self-discipline and enjoying the art form for what it is. I have made lifelong friends here and developed personal skills that I would not have found elsewhere. I can't recommend RDA highly enough!

I've been taking classes here for the past 11 years and I wouldn't change it for the world. Great teachers, the concert at the end of the year is always so much fun and I've made so many amazing friends. Would recommend RDA to any young one who wants to give dance a try!
