Dreadful service after you leave the store. Lounge has taken 6 months to come. They then advise by text a delivery date but I will be overseas on that date and request another date. After another month I receive a text to say that they will deliver on 5 August or the order will automatically cancel and I will loose my order - 'As per the contract'. Phoned them to be told there is no option and that they can not even tell my approximate time of delivery. I wont be shopping there again.

Terrible customer service. Going on 7 months and still no couch.. was told 4 month wait max. Keep getting texts saying it’s due to arrive in the next 2 weeks but when I follow up 2 weeks later, a new extended date is given. No reason behind delay either, just that “you’re not the only customer waiting”. I think they need to start being more honest with delivery expectations. Would never buy from them again.

I will never shop at Nick Scali again!!Kraig from cairns store is the rudest most incompetent manInexcusable customer serviceDrove 4.5 hrs from the cape to pick up a couch that was 4 hours late arrivingAsked where the legs were, Kraig responded I don’t knowGave me an opened care kit with another customers name on it, I asked for a refundHe said he had no new onesAsked him for a refund on a care kitSuddenly had 30 new kits for me to choose fromI said I wanted a refund for the inconvenienceHe said his manager will do it tomorrowZero trust in this actually occurringHe told me he didn’t know how to process oneBlamed the miscommunication on delivery ETA on another staff member and then head officeDispatch warehouse, head office and in store all conveying conflicting informationCompete lack of training and communication between the organisationI only hope that I do not require any further ‘support’ for this couch from these people, if I need anything warranty wise….I sincerely doubt that the warranty would even be honouredUPDATE received text message 2 hours after pick up ordeal informing me of a delivery date of May 12…useless

They deserve zero stars. They didn’t send enough delivery guys so dropped the pieces in the garage and left. Toscano corner sectional purchased in person at Nick Scali Cairns. Avoid this company at all costs. They will take your money and won’t deliver.

After sales 'support' is absolutely rubbish, avoid at all costs.Our Buffett unit was delivered damaged, the Nick Scalli delivery driver contacted support and stated it was damaged, sent photos and advised they would send a new unit.Nick Scalli won't provide a new unit unless we provide 'evidence' to prove we didn't damage the unit.I have noted multiple times that Nick Scali staff lodged the service request and damage photos on delivery.

Not particularly happy with their delivery booking system.I had confirmed a booking to arrive a few days after I returned from an overseas trip only to find that they have rebooked it without letting me know.Apparently they operate on text message only and even if you had confirmed a delivery few weeks in advance, they will need you to send another text confirmation a few days before the actual delivery date, if not they will reschedule it without letting you know when it is rescheduled for. Being overseas means I missed all the text messages despite reorganizing my week around this delivery.Please add an email scheduling system for your customers in future and at least try to reach out to them (you had my email and my phone number) on email before pulling the plug on a delivery.Edit: Also just remembered that the sales team told us not to worry about being overseas.

Very large store premises in which to browse furniture, mainly couches & chairs, very wide choice of leather sofas of all sizes, with many options to elect for a fabric variation.Pleasant, friendly & and well-informed staff, who allow you to as much time as you need - allowing a very comfortable browsing experience to 'test drive' sofas in the cool of the air conditioning

Second time I’ve purchased from Scali, and utterly disappointed both times. The first I put down to a bad experience, the second couldn’t be excused. Our order was delayed 6 times, twice being on the day of delivery to finally arrive month after the expected delivery. I purchased online this time as our local stores salesman were sleazy and pushy, and we didn’t want to deal with them. Honestly not worth the trouble, but something from Harvey’s and save the hassle and disappointment.I’m am also a shareholder and will be selling my holdings.

Terrible customer service once you receive your lounge! We received ours last week, the back rests have excessive fabric causing rolls as well as there being loud cracking noises every time you sit down, the show model is not like this. The so called customer service representative said that this was normal! The prices bsolutely do not reflect the quality you receive!!Save your money and go elsewhere!
