A very good place to relax and de-stress. It has a very comfortable lounge area in between the sessions. The facilities and amenities are very clean and new. Staffs are very friendly and helpful for first time visitors too. Had a wonderful day here and I would definitely come back for more.

Where do I even being.. wow. The infrared sauna and float tank were very good but I have to say thank you Jim for that massage.If you are looking for a good massage from someone who is a gentleman, has great knowledge about this field and understands how to relieve and aches and pains than please see Jim.Walked in a neck strain and pain, left the session pain free I am still shocked. Thank you again for the treatment I think this will be a one of many

Great experience. I had a sauna, a massage with the amazing Jasmine, and float back to back in the one day. They all combined to relieve tension and reset my headspace. A great kickstart for anyone wanting to be more mindful about their body and mindset.

I just had my first massage with City Cave today and wow!!!Can’t recommend this place enough - if you’re thinking about it. this is your sign to book :) Theresa the front of house staff was absolutely lovely and helped me with my booking and Jim my therapist was incredible!! I’ll be back in a month

My partner showed me the experience and I booked it and the Sunday after we went and where do I start. OH MY GOD. absolutely amazing experience. Absolutely well treated by the guys at city cave. Nothing but amazing service absolutely respectable and worth every dollar. I highly recommend this experience and the rooms were very tidy and clean and the cleanliness was perfect. Would for surely go again. My partner and I were over the moon and best time ever. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience.

I have best couple experience with floating and infrared sauna here. Highly recommended. however I would encourage to take a bottle of water each person- even though they have a beautiful offer of tea and water, you will find having access to water is really helpful. Me and my fiancé will definitely come back soon for floating and sauna experience. Also dont eat close to your session!

Fantastic floatation experience. The in room rainshower is great, includes body wash, shampoo & conditioner. The pools are large, so you can stretch out & not feel enclosed. Friendly staff, very good pricing and the recovery room is gorgeous. Make sure you take water & are well hydrated before you go. I will definitely be back!

Excellent facility. If you’re after a massage, ask for Jim! He’s experienced, thorough, and personalises/tailors the treatment to your specific needs and injuries. The pre-massage consultation was perfection. Highly recommend!
