Looking for a last minute house warming present, I stopped at this florist. The lady was so helpful and prepared a beautiful dried flower arrangement. Highly recommend!

I received a stunning bunch of flowers from Bella Flora yesterday, home delivered to Marcoola Beach arranged by my dear mother in Forbes NSW.The bunch of flowers was big, bright, colourful and very fresh.Thank you for your honesty, quality and kindness.Bella Flora is a very trust worthy company.

Do NOT recommend!! I ordered some flowers for my 85 yr old mum for Mother's Day. They were to be the same as the image online. What she received was nothing like the pic. The colours were correct and there were roses. The roses petals were brown on the edges! I understand you have to use flowers in season but the arrangement didn't even look like it was done by a professional! I could have done better. The delivery was only around the corner but will order else where next time. . So disappointed!POST REVIEW: The florist replied to my complaint email apologising and offered to send a fresh flower arrangement to my mum accompanied by an apology note to her. Which they did and the arrangement was how it should have been originally. Kudos to Bella Flora for redemption.

I rang Bella flora florist on a Friday afternoon at about 2pm. They close at 4:30. I needed an arrangement for a family member who's young husband had just passed away that morning. I was resigned to the fact that I had probably left it too late in the day to get any flowers delivered that same day. The staff at Bella flora were so kind and promised they could make up and deliver the flowers and chocolate by the end of the day. Which they did. They helped me with choosing the florals and suggested some beautiful additions to make it extra special. Such beautiful service on a day where I needed the extra kindness that was shown. They even sent me a photo of the arrangement made up before it was sent(as it was florist choice arrangement) to make sure I was happy with it. It was gratefully received by my sister in law who said the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the chocolates appreciated.Thank you Bella flora, keep doing what you're doing.If you're reading this review, use Bella flora, you won't be sorry.

I highly recommend this wonderful business. We live in Victoria and I wanted to send my in-laws some flowers during the lockdowns, as we couldn’t be their to celebrate their special occasion. I have used Bella four times now, always receiving a friendly Chris on the other end of the phone. I was even a late Mother’s Day customer (Friday of Mother’s Day weekend), asking for a bunch to be ready for my husband to pick up on Mother’s Day, and of course we weren’t disappointed.Today I’ve called asking for a delivery to my mother in-law, and again… last minute, and of course I am getting a beautiful bunch with some chocolates… HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOTHER IN-LAW!!!!!Thank you Bella Flora, your flowers are stunning and of high quality, your service is friendly and helpful and I am so pleased I found you.
