I just finished loading my goods into the storage unit at StoreLocal Bendigo. The site was clean, and the booking / move in process was very straight forward. I was impressed.

Too expensive for the size of shed we had was $135 then new owners took over then went to $210

Just wanted to share my pleasure in dealing with Store Local Bendigo.Support staff were great in any queries I had and the transformation of the facility looks fantastic, not to mention the facility looks spotless. I will indeed praise Store Local to all my friends and new customers wanting to store at the site.Keep up the excellent work.

Great service & presented well

UPDATE: post business response. Since giving notice, exiting the site and reciving a confirmation email from store local of our notice and exit. We have been sent a email saying we owe $450 in outstanding payments and late fees. After once again forwarding all relevent emails and recipts we have had no email response. So I dont agree with the business response below. And we are still continuing to have poor contact with store local epsom.ORIGNAL PODT : After renting our 3x6m storage unit for over 2 years with no issues, new owners brought it.We received a email from them in July saying they where increasing the cost of our unit from $200 to $340 a month, and the September payment would be the first increased payment.I actually thought it was a error and my husband emailed them back to question the increase. They stated that that was the standard price for a 3x6 storage unit. I researched other storage units and found that this wasn't the case.My husband contact them in person on the phone and asked how much notice we need to give ( 1 week) and confirmed the increase didnt start untill September payment, we have this in writing from the business twice.We decided to move to another 3x6 unit for 220 a month.We payed our normal monthly direct payment to Store Local for the month of August which paid us up to 23rd of September where we would have been out of the unit.Early September before we where out of the unit or given notice, we received a email from Store Local saying we where behind $140 in payments and that if we didn't pay in 24 hours or they would lock us out of the unit and charge admin frees. We realised they where trying to charge us the increase payment for the august month.Craig emailed them back with their email stating the price didn't increase unitll September payment (due on the 23rd of September), proof of payment for the august month and our customer number.We then received no response from them for 24 hours. They then responded with, not correct " you own $140
