Paid $6500 for a luxury sofa that never come. Told it would take only 6-8 weeks. That was over 3-4 months ago.Called head office. They constantly mute me and hang up on me.Disgusting service. I’d hoped to at least have this well before Xmas and this is just a joke!!!!!

Exceptional customer service! Christine (the store manager) was great to deal with from the moment we walked through the door. She was very thorough and detailed in explaining the different sofas available, including their features and took time to understand our needs. She was not pushy at all (unlike other sofa places we visited) and was very genuine with her advice. After paying the initial deposit, we asked to make modifications to the couch a few times - despite the inconvenience to her and her team, she was super accomodating and understanding. Thank you Christine for giving us such a great experience. If only purchasing a sofa was a regular purchase (like grocery shopping), we’d be back all the time!

Omg.. love this place they got the most beautiful customer service ever!!!First time I when there on monday to browse around and the manager Christine she help me a lot for sofas i just bought the my first new home so i was very careful to chose something so i when almost every where to get my stuff and this was the place, well i went with my mother and i told her ill come back with my husband to see more and on wendesday i when back again with my husband.Well Christine the manager was on day off and her staff a guy name, i think his name was Hi" or "Hai" he new me already that Christine left the message to him

Just been there. Was ready to buy ottoman and pick it up immediately from the shop as it was one on sale in the showroom. But it was not allowed as shop wants to delivery charging extra $40. Delivery will take 2-3 weeks- really? Nowadays and we live 3km away. And there was no way (or intention) to sort out the issue and allow self delivery. We even offered to pay for delivery to get ottoman today ourselves. We offered to write a waiver that any furniture damages or injuries will be on us with no complaints. Nothing was possible to make it work. So Plush just lost money and a customer. Honestly, I felt like begging them to sell me ottoman right now on their conditions but they were strong in refusing. Unbelievable service. Level of my frustration is far beyond acceptable. Not sure how Plush does it’s business with such service.By the way, I checked the website and there is an option for self pick up from their warehouse. Assume that when a piece of furniture is available is the showroom and it is not big - it should not be an issue to let the customer to have it immediately. But no self pick up option was even mentioned.I will call Plush customer service and complain after this weekend. It was the worst shopping experience I have had so far.

Great collection of fabric & leather sofas under one roof. We met with Christine. She is a lovely person. Spent enough time with us to show around and work out the right design with correct dimension for our living room & home theater. Thank you, Christine. We are really happy. Couldn't find anything similar in any other outlet.

Bought a $6000 2 seat recliner in August. Arrived 5 Dec.Head rest motor broken, recliner tracks broken on both recliners, metal shavings from grinding metal under the recliner. Have photos of everything.Cheap construction you would expect to see in Fantastic furniture.Warranty department has “no record of my order” so can’t do anything.The store offers refund but says it will take 3 week to give me my money after I wait one week for them to pick up.Stay away. Cheap rubbish at crazy prices and horrible customer service.

Amazing customer service which I'm finding rare these days. Quality products and the delivery by suprise was great, the delivery guys even placed felt under the legs of lounge to protect the floors! Will be going back to plush 100%, I'd recommend you add this place to your list of searches. This Lounge is called the Jansen, comes in different fabrics, colours. Has adjustable head support to support different positions.

Customer service staff in the showroom were great. When we came to collect a couch the guy on the dock forgot about us and left us waiting 15 mins. They also said they couldn't find our couch. Would of given them a 5, but the staff out back are not helpful at all.

Good purchase experience in-store and with sales staff. We were kept in the loop regarding the order and expected delivery timeframes. The items appear to be good quality and hopefully they will last.However I've removed two stars for the VERY poor delivery and installation experience.The delivery staff acted without any care and basically trashed my living room with the packaging. They blocked off staircase access with the sofa boxes and also left dirty shoe marks and styrofoam beads all over my floor.Furthermore they didn't assemble the 3 seat recliner properly as it comes in two pieces. These pieces were never joined and they just left the screws behind.Basically tarnished what was otherwise a good experience up until delivery day.Delivery and installation is also an additional cost which makes things even worse.

We paid over 3000$ for a snuggle lounge and ottoman and they delivered it to us two days ago. We were shocked to find that we were given a small ottoman instead of the large one we paid for.Also the lounge fabric looks faded by sunlight. The foam is a bit flat and when we sit on it it slopes down. The quality of product we received is far below what they present in their show room.We did contact customer service but nothing happened. They told us they wanted to investigate why this mistake happened. It's not the answer we expected and we still don't know how they want to proceed.We will never trust this brand again.
