I couldn't recommend Bruce enough as an agent. While real estate agents are engaged by a vendor, it is not always clear if they are working for the vendor or buyers and people often say they are actually working for themselves! Bruce is absolutely dedicated to his vendors and works extremely hard (lots of leg work) to get the best possible outcome for your property sale.I've sold property before and based on my past experience other agents would have pressured and convinced me to accept lower offers saying that this is the best we could do. Bruce never put any pressure, if anything he was always advocating that we could do better and even when the best offer came in the decision was entirely mine without any pressure whatsoever and a plan for next steps if I chose not to go with it.I've already recommended Bruce to a couple of people and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I'll certainly be using him again for future property sales. And last but by no means least he's a lovely person and a pleasure to deal with. His relaxed and friendly style also works really well with buyers and behind his amiable presence is a very strategic agent who will work tirelessly to get you the best possible result.
