Recent online order was a debarkle. 6 items totalling over $50, logged into paypal & clicked to pay that amount. When the page sent me back to B&L website 4 of the items were suddenly unavailable & sale had gone through. I had half an outfit & half a fathers day gift. Needless to say I had to log back on and order 4 similar items again and PAY POSTAGE AGAIN! (no in store shopping thanks to covid). No response to my order enquiry to cancel an order. Appalling service.

Was able to Find the 2 Items I wanted with the Assistance of Store Manager. Also they have made some Boys Clothes in Size 18 which is Perfect for Kids that became Chunky Monkeys during 2 Years of LockDown, but are Vertically Challenged.
