Fantastic service from the guys at Total Tools Fyshwick store! I wanted to use a $100 gift voucher my husband had been given a while ago - when the store checked it they advised it had expired 2 years ago. John the manager overheard this and on the spot undertook to honour the gift card. So appreciative of this and will definitely be back to buy more!

Friendly customer service but that's about all I can credit them for.Ordered some battery powered tools which were in stock online expecting a quick delivery. Received a call stating they would take a week to get in, no problem. Two weeks later I called and was told it was 'out the back' on a pallet and to sit tight. Another week goes buy and I call them to cancel my order. Still no confirmation of the cancellation, still no refund.If a customer orders $600 worth of tools from you, best that you either send them said tools or give them their money back.

I placed an order and waited and waited, when I checked the tracking Australia post did not have any information regarding the tracking number supplied to me from total tools.I rang the store to find out what was happening with my order and was told that my item was on backorder and the store did not have an ETA from Dewalt for when my item would arrive. I asked the customer service worker on the phone when were you going to let me know my item was on backorder?" and the response was "we usually don't let the customer know we just send it out when it arrives from the supplier"This is an absolute disgrace

Pete went above and beyond! Thank you.I had a problem with my 3 month old table saw. The bosch rep was on holidays, the problem was a nut was over tight and the bevel angle leaver could not move.Do keep in mind that the warranty from here, and probably most tool shops, is a service warranty. Meening if there is a problem the item goes for servicing out of house.It was a simple problem that I lacked the know how to fix and I could see all my holiday projects put on hold. But Pete, the man the legend, came to my rescue, and fixed the over tight handle for me. Bevel angle leaver now moves freely and locks securely in place.

Website says total tools have speed-gas refill bottle exchange. They don't stock speed-gas anymore. Wasted trip. Sydney tools do have limited gas range and gas weld have a bigger more complete range of speed-gas. None of them had C size dry nitrogen that I was after. Ordered in from gas weld.

It’s best to come into the store and buy off the shelves. Had the tool but unfortunately didn’t have the bits I needed.Customer service was a bit timid but it’s a well maintained store with wide range of tools. Ample car park.Haven’t tried the online shopping experience.
