I contacted them to adjust a hat band an an Akubra hat.. They said come inand I was warmly met. The owner quickly adjusted the band size and provided great advice in regard to handling the hat. I was shocked when I offered to pay for the service and the owner said it was not required - I was happy tp ay any price she suggested given the great service. Great old fashioned service that will see me provide many referals as well as my futire purchases.
