Michael has been cleaning our home fortnightly for over 20 years now and I cannot do without him. Over the years, he has worked around our building renovations, bathroom renovations and he is now currently working around the kitchen renovations - he is very easy going, accommodating, nothing is too much trouble and he has great advice on cleaning. Michael has high standards, great attention to detail, is completely trustworthy, reliable and always on time. I love coming home from work when I know Michael has been as the house is beautifully cleaned, my bathrooms, kitchen and floors sparkle and smells wonderful. I highly recommend Michael.

We have been using Rosella Cleaning services for 3 years now. We not only love our home being cleaned fortnightly but we also love having Michael in our home. He is reliable, punctual and cleans much better than we ever could! Highly recommend.

He was good. He was coming fortnightly, originally,I wanted weekly .The rare few times my days were falling on public holidayshe was not accommodating to come on another day. Unfortunately, it ended in an unprofessional manner. A text message. His back story was triggered by emotional behaviour from another customer. True or false story, It's not my place to work it out. He would not finish the job. He texted less than 24 hours before to quit. The way he ended and tried to make it emotional was not the right way to finish it. Somehow, I should have been the one taking on the responsibility for the other customer action, which is not my role. As I told him, I understood the back story, but finishing the job would have been the right step.

Michael is fantastic! Punctual, has an amazing attention to details, turned our house into a sparkling palace (was not an easy task at all!!!). Hard working and such a lovely guy.
