Luminous hair & nail spa

was referred to by a friend and can honestly say that I am soo impressed with not only the most welcoming and luxurious environment, but also the excellent customer service. Ken did an amazing job on my hair. He was soo professional, patient, kind and highly informative. My new to go to spot, thankyou ken!!

I have finally found my favourite nail place! Bookings are always on time. Nails are always to perfection and the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Super friendly and always listen to exactly what I want.

I’ve been going to luminous hair nails and spa for a few years now and I will never trust anyone else with my hair but ken.The service that ken, sandy and Jane provide is like no other, they treat everyone like part of the family and they are all truly amazing people! I could not recommend them enough ❤️

The experience at luminous blew us away. The staff are incredibly accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. Ken just made the whole booking experience so seamless and even called us to ask if we would like to come in earlier since id mentioned i wanted a lash tint. Then Ken washed my hair because he had time!!! Jane did the best job ive actually ever seen on my brides nails. I cannot reccomend this place enough. Gorgeous staff skilled and caring.

This may honestly be the best place I have ever gone to get my nails done!I came here about a month ago with my partner and bestie to get our nails done for our wedding. I got SnS done, and have never been so impressed. I got so much advice on what colour and shape to have to suit the atheistic of the wedding, and loved how much care went into applying the nails. I have found a lot of the time nail artists only focus on the shape of the nail tip, however here, they put so much precision into making sure there was also a beautiful curve to the nail bed (which can often be quite wobbly with sns). The staff are so friendly and playful which really also added an extra positive touch to the whole experience, not to mention the complimentary drinksNot only did these nails look amazing, but they lasted me FOREVER!!! I am quite heavy handed and am not the kind of person that is careful with my nails so I often find acrylic and sns only last me a week before they start lifting or breaking. However these lasted me 3 weeks at least, and survived some intense rock climbing, sport, and daily ocean swimming. I will definitely keep coming back! I have been coming to Luminous Hair & Nail Spa for my nails and hair for over a year and would not go anywhere else! The only place I have found that really listen to and address my concerns (I've had bad experiences particularly with pedicures resulting in pain). My SNS always looks amazing and the girls do beautiful nail art! Ken always delivers beautifully coloured and styled hair. Top all that off with friendly, welcoming service and the experience here is always top notch!

The team at Luminous Hair and Nail Spa have welcomed me into their salon since I moved into the area a year and a half ago. I struggled to find a quality salon in Melbourne beforehand and was apprehensive about getting my nails done, and now I am a regular (fortnightly-monthly) client. I trust Jane and Sandy’s recommendations and care for my nails, and Ken’s consultation and care for my hair. The recent builder gel manicure has been a lifesaver. As someone who is constantly washing their hands at work and going on cleaning frenzies at home, they can now last for a month with shine and no chip. Ken and Sandy always do their best to accomodate not only myself, but their other trusted clients. If I have a nail that hasn’t set properly or chipped prematurely, they are extremely kind to fit me in and fix it free of charge. I love the professional service, but mostly the friendly family-oriented atmosphere and community that I feel a part of when I visit. If I’m ever feeling like a pick-me-up, I will go to Moonee Ponds to get my nails done at Luminous Nails and Spa. Thank you Ken, Sandy, Jane, Julie and the rest of the team ❤️

It was my first time visiting Luminous hair & nail spa. I got my hair and nails done and I have left the salon loving my hair and nails.Ken and Sandy knew exactly what I was wanting to achieve within minutes, not to mention everyone there was so welcoming.So glad I have discovered this hidden gem, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing salon.

I never ever write reviews, but I was taken away by the team here, not only did Jane make my nails looking AMAZING… the customer service was amazing the girls are so kind and up for a chat which was refreshing! I will be back thanks guys ❤️
