Remodeled a heirloom ruby ring from my mother. Professional and personal service and breathtaking craftsmanship. It took me a couple of visits in a duration around 2 months to make a decision on the design and Ophelia was so patient with me along the process. The team is all about perfectionism and paid a lot attention to details. The final piece is stunning. I don't think I could ever go back to commercial brands' jewelry every again. Would definitely continue to work with F&R to create sentimental pieces

Ophelia and the team at Fairfax and Roberts created my beautiful engagement ring which we carefully designed together.They provided very valuable input and advice to create a piece which would be beautiful, strong and sturdy in structure. The designers ensured that my desired design would be secure to prevent the diamond from coming loose or lost. Ophelia helped me with my rings. She is really patient and highly professional. I had my ring size too large initially and Ophelia helped me resized and done surprisingly quickly, which helped me get things done according to original plan. I would highly recommend.

Such incredible craftsmanship.I had my Grandmother's jewellery remodeled into a pendant on a white gold chain. It is so beautiful, an heirloom piece. Service from Ophelia was amazing as well.I cannot recommend Fairfax & Roberts highly enough.

Thanks Ophelia for the professional service. She helped a lot with selecting the diamond and the design of the ring. Although you may need to be patient for the jewellery, it really deserved because the masterpiece is all hand made by the masters in the workshop！

Very happy with my ring purchase from F&R. Steph was helpful with sourcing the gemstone and refining the design. She’s also backed by a friendly and professional team of jewellery designer, ring maker and stone setter. Michael was patient and helpful with answering technical questions, and did the magic to make a beautiful and elegant sapphire ring. I would recommend F&R for making bespoke jewellery.
