Slides Playcentre & Cafe Knox

The toddler area is really lovely. There's a big sign stating that it's not for over 4s and the public really seems to respect this so I didn't have to worry about bigger kids knocking my toddler over. The food was nice and the staff was friendly. The connecting sports center also offers a range of programs that we're going to look into when out little one is a bit bigger.

We head my child’s first birthday party here last weekend, and the kids all had a great time playing with the equipment - even the kids at heart. The staff had been really helpful and accomodating. Would gladly use them again for future kid events.

The maintenance and cleaning here is way below average. Tops of slides have many months of dust on them. Clearly haven't been cleaned for a long time. I realize these surfaces aren't super easy to clean but it's not that difficult. There's no excuse for the thick layer of grime.Cafe menu was sticky. Carpet covered with stains. Massive cobwebs everywhere.There are extension cords lying on the ground behind a broken net that kids can crawl under. In another area there's a sign saying no entry with another broken net the only thing preventing kids (who can't read) from entering. God knows what is under the tarp in this area.Party rooms" are not rooms but cubicles

Had my daughters birthday party here recently. They had a fantastic time playing bubble soccer and then a disco party upstairs. The venue was perfect and the hosts were amazing with the kids. We would definitely recommend for a party. Have been coming here since the kids were little and it's great that we can still bring them here now they are older.

The structure of the equipment has so much potential but the cleanliness, is pretty disgraceful. The place needs such a deep clean and the outside of the tunnel slides and especially the viewing ball is disgusting. There must be some sort health standards to uphold right?

The children had a great time. It's a little old, now costs $13 for over 5 years old and $11 for under 5. Has some new inflatables since the last visit.

The staff were nice and greeted us with a smile. I was hoping to have my daughter's birthday here, but decided against it. The place is fairly small and the equipment is fairly run down and pretty dirty / grimey. Could do with a deep clean. Toddler area was newer and suitable for under 4. The bathroom facilities were terrible. I couldn't tell it it was rust or stains on the rails in the disabled toilets / baby change area.

NERF PARTY - NOT GOODOver the weekend I had my sons party at Slides Play Centre and we booked 2 sessions of the NERF Guns.Us parents spent half the first session going through 2 tubs of guns and bullets. Majority of the guns did not even work, the bullet wouldn't even leave the gun when fired and others would just flop out in front of the gun. The only few that worked decently were the 1 bullet guns.My son was soo disappointed and upset, my husband had to race to the nearest toy shop and bulk buy 10 guns costing us $250 just so the kids all had a gun that worked.The venues workers gave no compensation for the fact their guns didn't work and that we had to go and pay so much more for new guns to play something we already paid for.Really disappointing, I wouldn't recommend going here for a NERF party.

This play centre is a little run down, dark and gloomy but it makes up for it with the play equipment it has to offer and the customer service. We went for a birthday party and I can honestly say it's the most fun my kids have had. The party rooms are not enclosed, just a small wall separating each party but the kids don't care. They also have the sports area where the kids played footy (they have many sports on offer) for an hour with one of the staff members doing drills and playing a match. If you want an affordable place for a party, I would definitely recommend booking here. The customer service was 5 stars! They kept coming over asking if we needed anything and making sure we were all looked after. Great experience, we will be back again.
