Best experience with real estate agents I have had in recent memory. Jacinta and Michael are professional, seasoned, reliable and also really nice people to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. :)

Jacinta and her team came highly recommended to me and they proved their worth from the get go. When I was interviewing potential property managers, I was struck by the number who seemed to be treating the role as a stepping stone to sales, rather than a career in itself. None appeared to have the professionalism and career dedication that Jacinta proved to have.Whilst I was lucky to have a fantastic tenant, I had some outstanding issues with the company who undertook renovations at my property which resulted in an NCAT tribunal hearing. Jacinta went above and beyond to help me prepare for the hearing, giving me advice and the confidence to argue my case when I had been worn down by the process and was just about ready to give up. This resulted in a successful outcome for me and the work finally being completed to my satisfaction.I have every confidence in Jacinta and her team and highly recommend Shore Partners if you are looking for the most professional management of your property.

We had an awful experience with Jacinta Walsh and this agency. We had to take our landlord to the tribunal and Jacinta lied in tribunal proceedings, which ultimately didn’t matter as we won the case. Jacinta was dismissive and condescending of our concerns throughout the process, insisting mould was normal on the north shore, violated our privacy, and completely disregarded the health concerns of tenants living in a mouldy property with structural issues that were not addressed.They also lost the spare set of keys by leaving them with a builder and didn’t realise until months later when we needed keys. Michael also entered the property and conducted an inspection without our permission, knowing we were away. Completely unprofessional throughout the entire duration of our tenancy. Have never experienced anything like it before with other agencies.

Shore Partners has been my agency for 5 years and I couldn't be happier with them. They have successfully found great tenants, negotiated rents, dealt with repairs and emergencies with fabulous skills. They are virtually ME when I can't be there. I am overseas and in this time of Covid, I can't speak highly enough of Jacinta and Michael. They respond quickly, communicate effectively, are always on the case. It's like it's their property! Their marketing is 'It's all about you' and they mean it!

As propsective buyers we found Jacinta and Michael an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the best in the area. Both were very patient, upfront and honest, extremely professional, answered queries promptly to the best of their ability and worked very hard to try and facilitate a deal. While the deal ultimately did not go through, it was a pleasure dealing with Shore and we know who to trust if we come back to this area.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and she consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. Only recently she literally project managed getting our whole back fence replaced and garden redone around our pool area, as well as getting it certified, and the end result was amazing!
