Brought a pair of converse shoes costing 139 dollars . the sole has started to peel away. took them back to the store to get an exchange. the customers service was well out of this world in rudeness. Told my daughter she had walked through wet grass that will cause the sole to fall off or she should have brought the right size to fit her. Then told to return them to converse or call the manager on Monday.Well the shoes are not even 3 months old they were given to my daughter as an Xmas gift and she has been living in Broken Hill for the past 6mths and i brought them for her while she was home in November and has only just returned from Broken hill and to walk in wet grass at Broken Hill love open your eyes there is no grass in Broken Hill its in the middle of Australia and to tell her to get the right size to fit her feet well you sales assistants assisted us that day and checked they were the correct size. so don't tell me that its her fault.Reading the comments on this page i think its the staff that do the wrong thing and people have nothing nice to say about the customer service.. Maybe the manger needs to look at the staff he has hired.. yep i will be taking it up with the manger but higher that the store manager that's for shore..WHAT HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND IF YOU INTEND TO ENTER I WOULDN'T

They sell clothes and offer NO CHANGE ROOM to try on possible purchases. Absolute joke

Incredibly rude salespeople, basically follow you around like you are going to steal something, question why you are shopping there, then just chuck items in the bag like you are dirt. Avoid

Guys absolutely terrible customer service I made a mistake bought a sketchers from them 14/10/2021 $160 for work as I thought they will be comfortable but unfortunately they were faulty.I took the sketchers back to their shop for exchange they clearly deny their own policy as the receipt says full exchange / refund will be given if the product is faultystaff told me take the sketchers back to the sketchers company for a exchange they cannot do anything about the faulty product.I will never come back to this store to do any shopping.

Amazing customer service always and will generally try to do a good deal or at the very least price match other stores with the same products. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went to sportf1rst lake haven, been greeted by Rayan the manager. He helped us with selection of shoes and best price . Now a month later we are still happy with the purchase we did.We thank Rayan for his politeness and best service.
