Cool store with high end designer furniture. Staffs are friendly and helpful at the store but very poor communication when I’m not there. Told to email quote and call back when stock arrived in 3 separate occasions, received and heard nothing back. So I spent my money elsewhere.

Great showroom, yet poor service. I arrived looking to purchase a Herman Miller chair for my office, the staff were in a group bantering and showed no interest in talking to me initally, not even a hello for the first 5 minutes. I won't be returning.

Beautifully presented website with stylish furniture; I was very grateful they stocked the outdoor furniture I was looking for, and I was not needing to wait for arrival from overseas. Some frustrating communication difficulties/delays with the ordering/delivery process, which tarnished my experienced somewhat, but was contacted by Living Edge with an explanation. Generally a positive experience.

Amazing after sales service. I could not recommend this company highly enough. The quality of the product is outstanding. I was able to get a back for a chair (damaged due to my son, not a reflection of the quality) and they replaced and repaired it within a couple of days - coming to the house to do so. Thank you so much to Stephen and Sergey and the Living Edge staff.

Places $1500 deposit for chair in March, was told we would get a call or SMS to confirm but should be ready to pick up next Friday". Here we are in May
