We have used Snap Rockingham many times over the years and have always found the owner to be helpful and easy to deal with. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the staff. We have had multiple issues with a staff member over the years. Rude, and abrupt phone manner, not checking or corresponding to emails for days and not returning proof until we follow up again and again. We were quoted a priceand upon pick up charged nearly a third more. My advise would be to always get everything in writing.

Great service. I printed my first business cards here with minimal notice for an event. I placed an order online but got some details wrong. I went instore and the staff was helpful fixed it up for me then and there and I had the cards within 5 days.

I represent the Rockingham Bridge Club.I am treated with respect regardless of my request.They are very helpful in suggesting ways of achieving what I require. I am walked through the entire process and I am listened to when I ask questions or make suggestions.Lainie has often popped out to get the required colour of paper that I wanted.

Snap Printing Rockingham have been my go to for all of my printing needs for the last 5 or so years in the Funeral Industry. I have even shown my work colleagues their amazing work, compared to another more “exclusive” (and not to mention, MUCH more expensive printing company), and now my colleagues refuse to go anywhere else as well. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are always friendly and pleasant every time I see them or speak to them. Thanks for all that you have done for me and the families I have served over the years guys!

Got some A1 photo copies done, there was just a bloke on his own apparently the owner was away, he was very friendly and did the job quickly even though he was flat out trying to do work and service people at the same time.I had to go back three weeks later to get more A1 photo copies done and was served by a lady this time, not the friendliest person and she charged me almost double!!!!Unfortunately I was on a very tight time frame so had no time to discuss the disparity.

Terrible service. After 2 weeks, still waiting for a proof for business cards, which is no surprise, given the attitude of the person that served me. She should be out the back, not on the front desk. I have now gone down Dixon Road, to a long established printers. I had the proof sent to me the same day,and the cards will be printed within 2 days. How easy is that! (and yes, they were very busy)

Late response time. Very negative attitude. They wanted to print a product for us that had had writing cut off of the edges! It seemed as though it was a great bother for us to have our work completed even though we were happy to pay more to have more design work done...We took our designs to another branch instead and they were so much more helpful, responded quickly and produced fantastic products! They made the process so effortless and easy as well.
