16 March 23I dropped the stars. I placed an order on 2 Mar 23. A week after (9 Mar 23), I emailed asking about the order, and they told me my order will take 3-8 business days to process (They do not mention it on their website unless I can not find information about it).Today, 16 March 23, when I asked again. They told me they have been unable to fulfill my order, so they gave me a refund. It has wasted my time. 14 days for nothing.I would consider to order if I know processing time is 3-8 business days.------TennisGear not only has good deals but also wonderful customer service.I ordered a few things including long wristbands. They sent the items but different from their website's photos. I emailed them my query. Sharon from TennisGear has offered me another pack of wristbands for free including shipping due to the difference between the products and the website's photos. I do not need to send the wrong product back.1st time order and happy with the products and prompt service.

The staff at TenniGear are awesome. We purchase tennis shoes from them regularly - sometimes they even turn up delivered to us the very next day! Once, when I didn't order the correct size shoe, I was able to pop in store and have them exchanged to the correct size. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We also always look forward to receiving our personalised, hand written message from the person who packed the items before sending them. Always brightens our day - and what a lovely thought to make our package that bit more special :-). Highly recommend purchasing from TennisGear. They're a great company.
