I just wanted a nice piece of steak for myself. 1 inch thick. I was offered a thin rump, finally agreed on a porterhouse. $5.60. I offered my card (covid19 prefered) and was asked for cash. The card was debited $5.80. Apparently i was told it's $5.60 cash.

I absolutely love this butcher. They have the best meat and I love their organic bacon . Can’t wait to try their organic ham for Christmas.. I used to buy it from alsops English butcher at coorparoo, it was great the first couple of times and then last year it was no different from a woolies or coles ham.. this year, Redlands meat hall ham.... fingers crossed it’s as great as their organic bacon. Can’t even begin to explain how tasty that is..

A dreadful inability to deal with a genuine issue which was quite deliberate on their part. A carrier bag full of inedible steak went in the bin first, it was hard and very chewy and then a $140 rib eye fillet steaks ordered for a dinner party. Ordered to be cut uniformly but when got home they were all shapes, sizes and off cuts. I went in and mentioned it to be told that's what your wife ordered" Way to go to lose your regular customers and achieve a 1 star rating. Thank you for upsetting us and causing us to go elsewhere!"

Always the highest quality meat. The best in the Redlands and surrounds. Has a traditional family feel and nothing is too much for the guys. I've been buying from them for over 20 years and have never had an issue. Sure, they're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. It will be devastating when they eventually retire. Hopefully not for another decade or two.

I just happened to take my mother for an appointment in Cleveland today and this butchers window display caught my eye. Beautiful freak looking meat and reasonable prices. Bought 2 sirloins and they were absolutely delicious. Thank you guys.I will be back .
