BAD SERVICE. The worst experience ever. Tables are dirty. I have waited 30min for a fast food. The girl in grey/black uniform didn’t give me my two nugget sauce. When I went to ask for them, she only gave me one and went to do something else. Then when I asked for the other sauce, she gave me the worst attitude and made it look like I was a grumpy customer who is asking too much. My friend ordered 6 nuggets meal but she only got 5 and did not have any sauce in her meal.

I feel like McDonald’s is really slipping. The staff just don’t seem very happy and we couldn’t eat in for some unknown reason. Heaps of the ordering bays were broken. I was offered no receipt and my number wasn’t displayed on the processing board. It was clean but not as clean or friendly as you would expect.

I was served by the rudest girl who thought it was ok to shout at patrons. This blonde girl seemed to argue and berate the rest of the staff. Please either train your staff or hire new staff.This is the southbound cafe on 8/6/2023 at 1910hrs

A busy night. But still. Why should the food be so poor. Five orders of cold chips arrived. The spicey chicken was the size of a 2 nuggets. The chicken burger was dry and almost uneatable. Over cooked. Should I go on???

The absolute worst McDonald's experience ever. 20 mins in a drive through line. There were staff between shifts in civis walking around behind the counter and joking and laughing while everyone was waiting. Who ever the manager was at 6/11/22 , 2pm should be sacked. No excuse for the franchise model. Please bring in 0 star option this is a prime candidate.

Staving, didn’t get my food in time took like 30 minutes at the drive through. Needs to be more organized should definitely offer a discount for the excessive wait time. Edit-found a foreign green plastic in my big brekkie burger.

Ordered at 2.17pm. Not hugely busy. Waited close to 30 minutes for my meal. When you are travelling very long distances, you don’t expect to have to wait so long for “fast” food

Visited Monday 18/7/22 at 2.00pm. Two order machines operational, one person taking orders. Unusually slow service for a McDonald's. Two managers (?) meeting at a table. Few customers in store, frustrated at delay. No clean tables, bins full. One of two burgers incorrect.

Good lord.....what a bloody mess it was.So busy....lucky them....that no one had the time or inclination to clean up inside or out.The womens toilets were a bloody disgrace, and soap container was empty!The owners should have pride in ownership and community.

In the last week we have been travelling down to Geelong and stopped at 3 different Maccas. We mainly have coffees, which aren't bad, a bit expensive nowadays. But all the restrooms are dirty and not checked regularly.
