Best Sheds

We bought a shed from best shed at the start of the year. It has been a long process to get the shed built with only a few hiccups in their design but nothing major, to be expected with a kit shed. But the real problem came when we tried to put the roller doors on, the final piece to the puzzle. The roller doors we were supplied are to big for the opening, which we built to the specifications on the plans (never buy the plants, waste of 500 dollars). After speaking with a customer service representative and they confirmed we were sent the wrong size, they refused to replace the doors and keep trying to give us ways to make the doors fit. These ways include cutting floor brackets and bolts away to make the track width wider then the opening. After speaking with the manager and him denying us the right to the roller doors we paid for we will have to contact the solicitors.

Very happy with my 7x7 shed. Quality is excellent, price is unbeatable, and the instructions are very easy to follow. Staff are also very helpful and friendly

Do ya self a fav dont buy anything from this company there a joke they send wrong shed out damaged and say it’s your fault. What a joke of a companyApparently you need to check they sent you the correct shed no responsibility taken or no after care

We ordered a Custom Designed Shed through Best Sheds. Their original quote was for a level site. Subsequently the site had to be stepped down and plans were updated accordingly and provided to Best Sheds. Unfortunately Best Sheds ignored the updated plans and proceeded to manufacture the shed to the old design. When this was pointed out to them they ran us around for weeks and eventually told us we had to pay $4,500 for the materials to rectify their mistake. In addition to this we would be up for the extra labour costs for extra cutting down etc on site.

Would never recommend these guys, they’re such cheapskates they have to use a seemingly deaf women on their TV adverts that can barely be understood….

Trying to purchase my third shed from Best Sheds, have dealt with the same sales person for all three sheds, Ben has been supportive in changes, delivery, value for money hand down.

After asking for the delivery to take place through a back gate, Shed was dumped in the front yard. After ringing was told to find a mate with a trailer. Absolutely ridiculous!

I have ordered 3 sheds from Best Sheds in the past 6 months and they have been so easy to deal with. I have made heaps of changes and they were always quick to respond and even though they are experiencing high volumes of orders, the wait times have been reasonable. I dealt with Michael (Sales Rep) every time and he was fantastic. The concreter that I am working with also told me that Best Sheds are good quality (he would see so many different shed types, so I am pretty confident with my purchase).

Had a custom shed designed and delivered (onsite 3 weeks early). Great price and no quality issues at all. Had a shed builder erect it without any problems. Cannot fault their service and will be using them again if I need a shed.
