The Good Guys Springvale

I came here on Wednesday, September 14, around 9:30 a.m. I decided to buy a new coffee machine espresso. Iris is the name of a lady in there. She was very kind and made an effort to comprehend my needs. Throughout the entire process, she showed excellent customer service. To demonstrate to me which product was best for me, she compared the two's pricing. She assisted me in asking the warehouse staff if they could wrap them in black for me when I told her I wanted to do a small surprise for my mate. I will come back. 11/10 AMAZING experiences.

Had the best service from these guys. Bought LG Vacuum cleaner. Young sales man and manager at the counter cooperated so well. Smooth service

Will not recommend anyone getting their installation service as will add hidden costs on the time of installation which not explained at the time of buying the product.Also the indian looking Lady at the checkout/reception was very rude and unprofessional .They strongly need more training for their staff regarding customer dealing.

I bought a dyson hair dyer from store. I was told by the sale person that i would be getting $50 gift card voucher that will last 1 year. He never said to me that i have to sign up on the apple wallet in order to receive it. He said to me that i would receive it from my text message. 3 days on i got nothing, i called them up and they said that there is no note saying i would be getting $50 voucher. Later on they said that i had to install the wallet before making purchase in order to get it and now its too late i cant get it anymore. Not the first time i bought it from here but maybe its the last time that i come here. Maybe next time if the sale person says anything, i have to get him to sign on a paper otherwise they can just refuse what they say.Please guys dont come here, they are liars.

Emailed their online customer support for a product and they said the store would contact within 24-48 hours. No one from store called back. Followed up with customer support again and still haven’t heard from the store. Had to come in store today and was told need to pay $50 to send back to investigate issues and additional charge required to fix. The staff in store are nice to talk to though.

The guys here are great, however their delivery partner is not competent and inter department communication needs to be better. I purchased with a premium delivery, when the first guys came to deliver, they broke the dryer and took it back with them. I had to call GG the following day to arrange a new one to be delivered. The second guys refused to install it saying that their docket says swap delivery only. I have now paid for a service that I haven't received from GG.

So unhappy with the service. I bought a fridge before couple of year ago. I bought 5 year warranty with it. Still in warranty and now I have a serious problem with fridge. Calling to the office and store at Springvale but no one is there to help me or even answer the phone to resolve problem. I have lot of food waste from one month. No one is helping. We are keep calling for help and resolve the problem but nobody is responding. Even I spoke with the store manager Mani who is not even reaping in a good way. I spoke with a person yogi who is very rude and not helping. Not recommend for anything to buy from good guys. As when we go to buy they are pretending very helpful but once we have any issues with their product they are just lie on the phone and not guide us properly. If there’s anything to give them less then 1 star I would do that. They all are not at good service at

The worst delivery service I've experienced. Time frame between 1pm - 4pm, didn't show up till 6pm. When I contact GG the next day, they said the driver couldn't find the access to property to deliver. He didn't even call us to ask, and literally parked on the main road for 1 min then drove off.

Best Goodguys store I have been too. Store manager was soo friendly, spend a lot of time with me the explain the product, stock availability and etc. Would go back again for tech shopping
