I recently hired Interstellar Removals to move my 2-bedroom unit to a new house, and overall, I had a mixed experience with the service.Ethan and his partner did an excellent job when it came to the actual move. They worked efficiently and managed to complete the entire process in one go, which was impressive. My belongings were handled with care, and nothing was damaged during the move.One aspect that stood out to me was the seamless organization of the booking process. Ethan, in particular, was great to work with before the move. He promptly responded to my emails, even during odd hours, and ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed.However, there were a couple of issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, I was a bit disappointed when Ethan called me the day before the move, requesting an earlier start time due to another job he wanted to schedule. This unexpected change added anxiety to an already busy day of preparations. It made me uncertain about whether they would show up on time.Unfortunately, on the day of the move, Ethan arrived approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes late, which further added to my stress. Punctuality is an important aspect of a moving service, and this delay caused some inconvenience.On a positive note, I appreciated Ethan's honesty as a business owner. He did request a review, but unlike some others, he didn't pressure me for a 5-star rating. He emphasized the importance of honesty and expressed that even a 1-star review would be acceptable as long as it was genuine.In conclusion, Interstellar Removals provided an efficient moving service, and Ethan demonstrated excellent communication skills during the booking process. However, the unexpected change in the start time and the delay on the moving day impacted my experience. I would recommend Interstellar Removals with the caveat that punctuality should be improved for a smoother moving process.

They are 2 Efficient Men with a big van and very professional. I have used their services 3 times in 2 shifting includes a big full house shifting. It is really a great experience with Yu Se. They are Super efficient and technically strong. Very accurate, careful and always smiling..

Ethan and Michael were absolutely amazing. They were responsive from the start, efficient during the move and helped dissemble and assemble our furniture too. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends and we will be using them again. Thanks guys!

Staff are friendly and work hard in general. Approachable. We moved from a unit with 2 bedrooms and a garage with quite a lot of stuff. it took us 4 hr and 10min to move to a place 15km away. finished within a reasonable timeframe. they also handled our stuff with good care, especially they will use pads to wrap around our electrical appliances. will be wonderful if they offer some discounts.

The boys are very fast and efficient. Turned up on time and helped me wrap and tape some of my fragile items. Price on point. 100% would recommend.
