Jarrod was ontime, professional and did a great job. We had just bought a house and needed the locks rekeyed. Jarrod rekeyed all locks to the same key. He also fixed a lock that wasn't working properly. The previously owner had unfortunately left us we no key for the letterbox or the gate and Jarrod was able to recreate keys for them. Very happy I can now get the mail without needing to replace the letterbox! Thanks for great job Jarrod. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional, after having confirmed a safe installation weeks in advance this locksmith cancelled at the last minute without offering any explanation and even refused to call back offering more details as to what the reasoning was. This put an enormous strain on our customer as then we were forced to look for another service. Given that this was all agreed to weeks in advance, the last-minute cancellation was extremely stressful.
